TRANSCRIPTS

When coming in to request a transcript, please be sure to have your photo identifcation.  Also, please note that there is a $2.00 fee for each official transcript request.  Your request will not be processed until payment is received. 

If you are needing a transcript for someone other than your self, and that person is over the age of 18, please read below:

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law that gives parents the right to have access to their children's education records, the right to seek to have the records amended, and the right to have some control over the disclosure of personally identifiable information from the education records.  When the student turns 18 years old, or enters a postsecondary institution at any age, the rights under FERPA transfer from the parents to the student.  For more information, please visit the Family Policy Compliance Office website.

VERIFICATION OF ENROLLMENT AND ATTENDANCE (VOE)

The VOE form is for students who are obtaining or renewing their driver's permit or license.  In order to receive a VOE form, the student MUST be in compliance with the 90% attendance state law.  The student may request the VOE, however they will need to pick up the VOE during their lunch hour within 2-3 school days.

LETTER OF ENROLLMENT

The letter of enrollment is given when you are needing to provide proof of enrollment to the Attorney General's Office for child support or for the Immigration Office.  The student may request the letter of enrollment, however they will need to pick up the letter during their lunch hour within 2-3 school days.
