OC Parent Volunteer Opportunities
Opportunity Center is looking for volunteers to help with a variety of activities during the school year.
The dates and events are as follows:
- Attend intake orientation with your child
- Eat lunch with your child especially on their birthday
- Volunteer to attend class with your student
- Join the Student Health Advisory Committee (District Level)
- Provide snacks for campus celebration days
- Referees and Tournament Supervisors
- Attend Exit TAKS Curriculum Night
- Principal Chat
Anyone interested in helping with these events and activities is encouraged to fill out our volunteer form and return it to the OC office
OC Parent Classes and Services
- ACC ESL Adult Education, Fall & Spring Semester Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 - 9:00PM
- ACC Adult GED Education, Fall & Spring Semester Monday - Wednesday, 6:00 - 9:00 PM
- Parenting Classes, Every Monday & Wednesday 8:45-10:15 AM @ Child Development Center (classes are free)
- ESL Classes, Every Friday 9:00-Noon at Child Development Center (classes are free)
