Welcome to the 2012-2013 school year! I am very excited and honored to be the new Principal of Baty Elementary. I started teaching in Edgewood ISD, in San Antonio, TX. I have been in education for 24 years, with 15 years in Administration. This year we will be focused on collaboration and working as a team to promote excellence in all that we do for our students. We are committed to ensuring academic success for all of our students.   We are proud to be Baty Bobcats!

We have a tremendous staff at Baty and our relationships with our parents, students and community are very important to us. We know that this is one aspect of what ensures success for each and every student. We look forward to a wonderful year with you and your child(ren). This year we will be forming a parent volunteer committee. If you are interested please contact our Parent Community Liaison.  I encourage you to become involved. There are many opportunities from mentors to volunteers. Please join us to support our students, school and community.
