DEL VALLE ISD ELEMENTARY TARDY PROCEDURES

Del Valle ISD is dedicated to educating your child. To ensure students receive the best educational opportunity the day has to offer, students need to be present the entire school day. Instructional time is lost when teachers must stop and address the needs of the child who is tardy and/or released before the end of the school day.

School begins at 7:30 a.m. Students are considered tardy beginning at 7:45 a.m. In an effort to avoid any court action, a warning letter will be sent to the student's parent/guardian and the attendance officer after the third tardy and/or early release. Detention may be assigned for tardiness and/or early releases. A court referral may be filed after the sixth tardy and/or early release in a four week period or will be filed at the tenth tardy and/or early release in a six month period.

PROCEDIMIENTOS PARA TARDANZAS EN LAS ESCUELAS ELEMENTALES DE DEL VALLE ISD

El distrito de Del Valle ISD está dedicado a la educación de su niño(a). Para asegurar que los estudiantes reciban la mejor oportunidad educativa que el día tiene que ofrecer, los estudiantes tienen que estar presentes el día escolar completo. Tiempo educacional es perdido cuando los profesores deben detenerse y dirigirse a las necesidades del niño(a) que llega tarde y/o es liberado antes del final del día escolar.

La escuela comienza a las 7:30 a.m. Los estudiantes están tarde comenzando a las 7:45 a.m. En un esfuerzo por evitar cualquier acción del tribunal, una carta de advertencia será enviada al padre/guardián del estudiante y al oficial de asistencia después de la tercera tardanza y/o liberación temprana. Detención podría ser asignada por tardanzas y/o liberaciones tempranas. Un referido a la corte será sometido después de la sexta tardanza y/o liberación temprana en un período de cuatro semanas o después de la décima tardanza y/o liberación temprana en un período de seis meses.
