Welcome,

I have been working at DVISD going on 22 years and I can sincerely say this is the best public school district in the state for your children to have the opportunity to learn.  I have experienced amazing change in this community and district over the years and can say that DVISD has met every challenge along the way by consistently doing "Whatever It Takes" to keep our students best interest as our priority.

I am currently your District Coordinator For At Risk Student Services and strive to maintain constant communication with parents and students to ensure compliance with Texas Compulsory School Attendance requirements as well as maintaining the opportunities for all students to continue being academically successful towards graduation.   I will coordinate efforts for all District students to return to a school or program that will suit their best interest under their individual circumstances if they have dropped out of school previously.  I collaborate with all our district campuses to serve At Risk students before they drop out of school.
