As we strive to find ways to involve parents in our school it has come to our attention that parents are pleased to have the courtyard open and that there has been a request to open the stage in the cafeteria again for parents as we have done in the past. We have looked at our cafeteria seating and analyzed the options for accommodating all of our students during inclement weather conditions. After reviewing the accommodations, we have decided to shift a class during lunch, as needed, to allow parents to eat on the stage in the cafeteria with their child.
Beginning November 16, 2009, parents will be allowed to sit at a table on the stage with their child to eat lunch. Due to the limited amount of space, we are asking that strollers not be brought into the building during lunch. Thank you so much in advance for all that you do to make the parent and school partnership so successful! We look forward to seeing you in the cafeteria eating lunch with your child.
