Immunization Clinic for all 6th Graders

 

The Children’s Wellness Center is coming to Del Valle Middle School for a special immunization clinic on Thursday, May 16th during school hours.  Please contact the school nurse for the required forms and any information.  Return all required forms to school nurse by May 6th to take advantage of this FREE clinic.
